Our employees are regularly trained in safety and environment topics in order to increase their awareness and their knowledge in these fields.
Open discussion with our employees and close cooperation with the authorities contribute to the quality assurance in both the company and in our processes. Our facilities are regularly checked by independent safety experts. The safety equipment is always state-of-the-art as well as the corresponding organisational measures to apply in case of emergency. In this context, it is very important to work closely with the authorities. For us, the law regulations in these fields are minimum requirements. Our internal management system includes also the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, the SQAS/ESAD II standards, the Responsible Care programme and the Product Stewardship. These are the criteria for our sustainability in the safety, health and environment areas.
