The stabilising effect of titanium dioxide as pigment against the dismantling by UV light is sufficiently well-known. Our ultrafine rutile titanium dioxide has excellent transparency and UV protection for food packing films, cosmetic packages and other UV sensitive materials. These pigments are surface treated ultrafine rutile titanium dioxide, which impart high transparency and UV protection. The very fine state of dispersion also makes it possibel to extrude thinner polyethylene films.  |
